Iris has a passion for order. From paperwork, to utilizing company assets, she is always keeping the crew in line. Her years of experience working in the financial end of construction make her the perfect liaison between accounting and the project managers.

Friendly, kind and intelligent, Janessa brings a sharp eye for attention to detail and a frugal approach to cost estimating and job management. Her understanding and patience are well matched to dealing with homeowners going through tough and traumatic experiences.

Jaime is a go getter, incredibly bright and competent. Once she puts her mind to something she is unstoppable. She thrives on the challenge of keeping a tight budget while providing top notch service and workman ship to her clients. She is a dedicated member of the Winmar team running a tight ship as contents manager for 5 years. Jaime has now confidently stepped into the role of Project Manager. Jaime is a wife and proud mother of two beautiful girls.

Tony is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Master Water Restoration Technician, Master Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Odor Control Technician, Carper cleaning, repair and reinstall, Health and Safety Technician, and Applied Structural Drying Specialist. Tony is also highly trained and certified in Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response. Tony brings a wealth of knowledge to the team from his years of experience chasing water through high-rise buildings in Vancouver. His is the man who leader our skilled emergency team.
Tyler Thompson
Risk Manager
Tyler is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Certified Water Restoration Journeyman, Odor Control Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician, Carper Repair and Reinstall, Commercial Drying Specialist, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician as well as certified in Asbestos Abatement. Tyler is held in high regard in his industry with over 15 years experience. In his spare time he enjoys unwinding with his family and dog Draco.

Paris is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Certified Water Restoration Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, and a Trauma Technician. Paris is also highly trained and certified in Asbestos, Fall Arrest and Transportation of Dangerous Goods.

Crystal is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Certified Water Restoration Technician and certified in Asbestos Abatement.
Christian Noel
Safety Officer and Junior Water Technician
Christian is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Certified Water Restoration Technician, Carpet Cleaning Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Commercial Drying Specialists, plus Health and Safety Technician. Christian is also highly trained and certified in Asbestos, Christians main passion is safety! With a particular focus on quality service and maintenance. His is experienced in the construction Industry and he is an imperative part of our Winmar Family.
Tess Goodfellow
Emergency Technician
Tess is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Certified Water Restoration Technician. Tess is also a lead on our Trauma response team. She has undergone training to insure she is professionally and mentally prepared to respond and restore scenes affected by a traumatic event. She is Incredibly hard working, brilliant and always positive.

Jimmy Dean is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification as a Certified Water Restoration Technician. JD as his WINMAR® Family calls him, is all about customer service. He has a can do attitude and will always try and go the extra mile.
